What Is Tri Essence Healing?

Tri Essence Healing is a space to slow down, land in your body, and let go of what you've been holding.

It’s for when you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or just tired of carrying it all on your own.

This work is body-based. That means we focus on what’s happening beneath the surface—tight shoulders, a heavy chest, tension in your gut, emotions that won’t move, or ones you didn’t know were there.

There’s no fixing. No performance.

Just space—so your system can start to unwind and reset, in its own time.

You lie down, fully clothed.
We take time to arrive and check in with your body.
I use gentle, hands-on techniques to support your nervous system and help your body release what it’s been holding.

You might feel warmth, emotion, release, or deep stillness.
You might feel more connected, more at ease, more like yourself.
Sometimes it’s big. Sometimes it’s subtle.
Every session is different—because every body is different.
